There is nothing wrong with outgrowing your gear fast!
It actually means that you are progressing and enjoying the sport versus being stuck and frustrated but having a lot of "room to grow".
When in doubt:
As a beginner you will hear a lot of advice to buy the gear “which will give you a room to grow“, and not to buy the gear “which you will outgrow fast“. Although such advice might be spot on for someone with long or advanced watersports experience, the majority of us beginners don’t fall in that category. Even worse, such gear will slow your progress tremendously.
Most surfers and windsurfers are familiar with making a mistake of picking up too small gear to learn on at some point in their career. If you come from those sports you will certainly not make that same mistake again.
Learning to wingfoil for those new to watersports is hard, and choosing the wrong gear can make it mission impossible.
How to use Wingfoil Gear Finder?
